    Yes it is. Seems like panic over nothing and someone with lots of shares maximising the opportunity to make lots of $$$ for themselves by shorting then possibly buying a lot soon IMO.

    Certification for transport purposes is a minor issue which everyone thinks otherwise. Certification coming very soon IMO
