One very valid criticism of management that l am sure most here would agree with, is they are consistently way over-optimistic in their announcements.

There clearly is not enough "black hats" in senior management and board to temper the enthusiasm and it ultimately costs the company reputationally in a huge way (witness the share price even before the recent equity issue). Aside from the waiting game for certification, etc, I would dearly love to see the approach of the company change in the way it sets expectations.

The need to adopt a new company mantra - Under Promise and Over Deliver....
