    I think an immediate ~.40 SP then a steady walk up to financials before re rate to ~.65 at that point. Not ramping just an honest view, the company will be in a space of self funding after certification, especially if DOE support is granted.
    Once first quarter profits are announced it's anyone's guess (which all these are).
