This is my take on it, 28c is where it should be, MNS is being shorted at the moment whilst the MNSEF can't or os harder to short as the volume is very low, mnsef did close at US 19c for 2 days and MNS struggled to match, so lets see how far they are willing to go before they decide to cover their shorts, still watching on the sidelines.
