I think NY funding would have to stay with NY, unless that entity decided to invest in Nachu to help secure its raw material supply.

Nachu could require US$70-260m based on AGM chats with the Tanz project manager Rod Chitterdon, depending on whether they decided to start with a 60ktpa or 240ktpa plant, or somewhere in between. I got the definite impression they were exploring all options.

That was as of Nov last year, so things may have hopefully solidified and progressed since then.
