utterly ridiculous situation and IMO SP may take a while to bounce back up with certification because still a long way to go when looking at funding and DOE funds may not come so thats a big risk now IMO and if they do not come then what - unless i feel really comfortable going forward and the ANN's are more precise and concrete i will not be particpating in any CR that you can be sure of.
