SH will be watching Hoshi, he needs to deliver on

-AAM site location for Tesla offtake,
-make sure IM3 is on track, sales and revenues are on track
-scale up IM3 business and bring in the cash with large partner with equity
- find some good equity investors from USA looking to partner with mns for AAM
-Stay on top of USA govt loan and grants and obtain approvals asap.

Those should be his KPIs as a minimum we are paying him big coin 450k AUD PA, plus he should buy shares on market.

Next hire it would be great to see management pay lower base salary and offer shares incentives part of the package once certain KPIs are met.

I personally think Hoshi is a great fit and a businessman with great skills and experience and network in this industry but board needs to hold him accountable.

SHs are watching Hoshi.

I think his the right man to get the job done especially based in USA hope he can negotiate as good as he did with his salary for mns and Im3 now!
