When I was in business, when we bid for new work, we'd get one of the big four to do a report.
They would send their most junior grads.
There to learn how to do a rfp/rfq.
We'd feed them info and edit their work.
Substance? Nothing. The name on the report, everything.
Some of those bids were pie in the sky but I have never seen anything like the stuff these bunnies put out.
