Today's selling would have been those parties who bought the cap raise thinking the 15% discount would have enabled them to quickly flip for a bit of a quick profit. When it wasn't on the table today (the first day of trading of the issued shares), the just dumped anyway to free up their capital and participate in the next raise.

I believe only about 50% of the raise ended up in the hands of existing holders who will hang on for the moment - leaving 40+ million shares in the hands of traders. That accounts for much of today's volume.

We have the quarterly coming up between now and Monday 31st and the earlier reference by the poster Jasper22 regarding Hoshi about to do a video on Share...Cafe suggests that there may be imminent news to announce (he would be only doing a video if there was something to say - assuming Jasper's intel is correct, Hoshi is getting ready for that announcement).

Let's see what the next week or so brings, but the future of this company still rests with near term & meaningful funding related announcements on one or more of its projects. Until they deliver on those, this stock is going nowhere, but we do know enough to say that that funding / equity partners / US Grants & Loans, etc is where management's attention is at the moment.

Flipside is if they can deliver on a meaningful funding announcement for any of their projects to be completed (AAM or Nachu) or substantially increased (iM3NY), this share price will move higher very quickly.
