If so fits in exactly with the whole private funding to access to gov funds reported in the afr........ Until private backing (and obviously sales) doesn't look like there's much on the gov funding front till then......

We're pretty much in August not and first report of HSBC spruiking the project for private funding was November so if news/update doesn't come soon before you know it it'll be a year since they first reported so that certainly is interesting that it's that quiet so far..........
