From memory what the deal is is that the government contributes x amount to the project then has to be matched by the company...........

pll syr and nvx have access to this (a quick google search says the gov handing out these loans/grants left right and center - BlueOval SK just got $9.2bill last month) but IM3 still nothing - And I can bet with the aam facility mns are looking at in the US they'll be wanting some kind of loan/grant themselves for that project..........

Interesting to see how much money they end up getting from the US gov - I guess can't guarantee every project/company ends up getting backed.....
