I think the DOE loan is not a be all end all, it will just enable MNS to scale up much quicker. MNS would need an equity partner (large investor) to match the 700 million. I.e sell a stake of im3ny, not another CR as they wouldn't raise 700 mil from the market IMO. it could be the reason why they increased thier ownership in im3ny recently. Who knows which way they'll go, but at the moment i have my money where my mouth is, and trust Frank and team will do the right thing with my money.
