Why the strong feelings towards Hoshi? Magnis has been involved with iM3NY since it's establishment in 2017. Hoshi came on as a Non-Executive Director in 2021 and has been given the responsibility of Managing Director in May 2023....literally 2 months ago.
Why are you talking about suing the 2 month term Managing Director and not the Chairman or even CEO David Taylor or hey, why not Marc Vogts or Frank Houllis or any of the other board members?
