That Alevo thing was a laugh. They had a great product. A number of patents that Magnis did not buy. Pity maybe. Anyway their idea was to pack a container full of batteries (their own chemistry) and use it for companies/councils to store electricity. They built one and it seems to have worked fine for years.
But it was too hard to make them and they folded. Someone is still developing those patents.
So, I think that when the Minnow bought part of the Alevo kit for $5 mill (what 8 years ago now?). They also got some of those containers. They were empty but.
And then (smoke and mirrors) one of those containers.... "from inventory" lalala was offered for the Dubbo big battery imo.
Of course nothing came of that.
