    I'm concerned that MNS could fall victim to an opportunistic takeover at these prices. Shareholders would probably take 60c... really any bidder has between now and the US listing later this year to take MNS out, otherwise by then it'll be too little too late - expect our valuation post listing to exceed >$1bn MC
