That doesn't matter mate.
Substantial holder notices are only relevant where a party has taken a >5% stake in the company.
Most takeovers these days happen without the bidder having any prior stake in the company, which means we could see a bid come out of the blue at any time.
I think it's a genuine concern for MNS holders as we hit this inflection point!
