Just like Magnis' ex directors, FP knows when to hold them and when to fold them when they are a risk to shareholder value. IM3NY = Right place, right time, right people. IM3TSV has none of that atm and as a shareholder in it for the long term I'm glad it has been pushed to the wayside and the deadwood has been trimmed until further opportunies present itself. When they do, there is a plan already in place to quickly capitalize on them rather than start from scratch. Just like whats happening currently happening with Nachu.
