    Couldn't say for sure about the instos. The last week late afternoon trade has been where it's at. The hour of power is usually a clue what institutions are doing. It may drop a touch, a sharp drop with no announcement would signal me to pile into the stock. If no announcement today will certainly range trade 10 to 20%
