Not sure if it depends on your broker. I had a sell order in a few months ago, it took 4 shares (worth about 60c each) from the entire pile for sale and hit me with the full commission. When I enquired, they said "that's our policy". it was at the end of the days trade, so hopefully you get your full allotment by the end of the day.
