Based on interviews and announcements, my take is they are trying to time the market with funds flowing back into the gold mining space, gold price (clear timing on interest rates dropping) and the current cash flow to mitigate investor dilution.

There was further drilling at Saltbush this month, so another announcement(s) due before 31 March, I'd hope.. if not early April.

It seems frustrating that they have yet to come forward with a clear path to mine, but mind you... once they reach the 1mill/O resource they will then be able to get the wider buy in of substantial/further cornerstone investors who will hold a large chunk and stop the ongoing sell done.
Would be nice to have path to mine plan in conjunction with reaching the 1mill/O but I do think once we hit this target all things will change.

Being the optimist I am, Saltbush does seem to have been significantly underestimated and I am excited for the next batch of results.

I keep saying it... but patience will be rewarded.
