Andrew and management have fumbled the ball IMO over the medium term. We reached a fork in the road 12 months ago and instead of sending someone down the mine development path, everyone headed down the 1 million Oz Explorer path, becaise of performance incentives when we could be multitasking both. This is where I have a problem with geo's. Their personal bias gets in the way of company development. You need to be smarter GBR.
