I agree with you Von Andrew has fumbled the ball, and it would appear that he is incapable of multi tasking given the lack of communication on the mining plan. It appears performance rights with optioned land and a personal lack of more skin in the game has AP frothing at the mouth for more ounces rather than income. The performance rights should be a resolution in the 2024 AGM and I would suggest that if AP and the team fail to move on a mining plan then we should all vote down the performance rights resolution.
