Cashed up after raise.
Lots of recent interest from institutional buyers like LSX and Collins St Asset Management.
CYL toll treating option creates competitive friction (WGX can't lob a lowball bid).

Yep all the things I bought in for. Now everyone, tell me what the WGX merger means for at least part of this case for GBR???
