Gold price almost touched AUD$3,800 today and according to Andrews estimates in the video posted by @@plough gold explorers like GBR are valued at just $48 oz in ground, that's just 1.3%. When you think the price jump from $2,000 to $3,800 is all profit $48 is nothing and way out of touch with reality.
At these prices its way cheaper, easier and quicker to buy gold in ground than to go through the money and trouble to discover it. Surely prices can't stay this low for much longer and we will see a rerate soon.
