AAR have management with mining experience executing flawlessly towards gold production - GBR have a geologist who wouldn't know a mine if he fell over one and a board of lightweights with no practical mining experience. But we hope and pray that the board is reconstructed soon because no way the current board have a clue as to how to get GBR into production.
