If it means doing a small raise at a premium with the highest-quality backers to shut out the parasites and break the cycle, then so be it.These tactics come from the murkiest end of the market, and they need to be called out.
We can sit around and watch it play out again — or we can speak up. ASIC and the ASX do monitor this kind of behaviour, and I’m seriously considering lodging a pre-emptive complaint to nip it in the bud.
