I watched ROX , with its borderline refractory ore of an old pit near Sandstone that would need expensive cutbacks , really not Passmore's skill set to sort something like that out being neither a met or an engineer .
After he left the sp did not do much indicating more of a resource issue than a management issue IMHO .
But he seems to be in his element at NMG- although who do you credit with discovering the South East Zone at NMG's golden crown , does that credit go to Passmore or the company geo ? Bit like at SPR where does most of the credit go to the MD Lawson or the head geo.
Maybe both Lawson and Passmore are just very good delegators and there is nothing wrong with that - right ?
So off the 3 who are the "2 duds "?
