I don’t think Cumulus acted for Retzos…according to SimplyWallSt (who only show Sophs, Instos and Insiders in their top 20…and ignore Retail) Cumulus are a standalone investor (who is selling)…..the investors in yellow below are all KFC related…the Rg Restaurants are a major franchisee of KFC (with 45 restaurants from memory)….so Retzos has a big stake in GBR……..with Collin’s St and Lion….you would think these guys would want GBR to capitalise on the current Gold price!!!!…….and wake this BOD up!
