Are you assuming operative word is "he" most company's make decisions based on what the board decides , I wonder how much input the board has here , as never hear a peep from them , and some of the decisions (or lack of ) diverge from how a company would try to not dilute the float - ie why iron back was not prepared for being monetized 2 years ago.
would not an active board with corporate experience earlier proposed doing that as part of corporate guidance to a highly skilled Geo CEO who may not have the same level of skill set in corporate matters ?
