Dear All,

Apologies for skewing the SP figure today but I reduced my holding (from 3.5MM to 1.5MM). Took a bit of a hit but have now reinvested in MM8 and MEK. I'm no longer happy to just sit and watch my holding be diluted over and over again. I recognise that I still have a sizeable holding and that's because I hope that this company can be turned around (it used to be "believe" and "will") but my conviction is now far less robust. After 4 years my resilience has waned!

Thanks to all who have answered my questions and given their thoughts about where GBR will go. Sadly, I agree that a takeover is probably the best outcome now, but I am still disappointed that the BoD of GBR have been so woefully inept on capitalising on one of the biggest gold rallies of my lifetime whilst sitting on a known, mineable asset. Rather, they have let AP continue to drill what is now looking increasingly like a vanity project.

I like AP. I think he is a talented geo. And I actually like his manner, but I think being laid back is probably how you want your mates to be; not the man who holds your retirement aspirations in his hands. His interviews with the ever-fawning Shae Russell seem to have gone to his head; it would have been more apposite for him to challenge his convictions over the last three or four years; rather than drink the sycophant cool aid.
