It's a bucket of shit that the genius board overpaid to acquire. Teva selling to Mayne is akin to Packer selling Chanel 9 to Alan Bond. If you are sitting in a negotiation and you can't work out who is the patsy - it's you!!! Mayne got stitched up by Teva and then the gullible got stitched up by Mayne. Too many trusted and had confidence in the Board and major shareholder. You know who I mean!!! Time has shown that the Board and execs are way out of their depth but have all been egregiously well rewarded. The time to push these idiots off the metaphorical cliff is long overdue!!! The only reason to go anywhere near this stock is when you know that a complete clean out of all the corporate hero's (sitting around laughing all the way to the bank) occurred. Not a minute before. No rational person would continue to hold shares in Mayne knowing its history and that those responsible are still pulling huge salaries and bonuses. DDD
