Issue with the aged management is that they get selfish after sixties and almost lost sense and interest in the company over their own post retirement plans and investments. I've seen the same suck CEO attitude of delisted Ventracore (VCR) where he was f***k!ng deaf man and ended up selling the company to Americans at peanuts price after loosing almost 90% share price. I can now smell the same when Mithra will buy out in 20s or 30s cents leaving many long term shareholders stunts who bought over 50 cent or some even over a dollar.

Rather than selling at that price,if it comes to that,MYX is better off selling its parts and making more than a billion.
