Sorry to again raise the point regarding Mithra Pharmaceutical. They couldn’t be considered a large Pharma in general scheme of things. As a matter of fact Mayne 5 years ago had a higher valuation. Mithra is only 20 years old and was founded by Francois Fornieri. He is presently on bail awaiting trial on insider trading charges. This company has a decking sp also . In my opinion a lot of this is due to non performance of US market. Also even though their Nuvaring generics being approved and available in many European countries isn’t exactly shooting the lights out. Should Myring and Nextellis been the success touted Mayne may well have taken over Mithra. I would think the only reason we did 9.5 % share exchange is we were broke had no money. Management CEO had negotiations with FF and our current position is the result. Who really knows. One thing is certain though we have been dancing with a man highly suspicious.
