I once had a prize winning bull on my farm balance sheet as an asset, gee he could give those cows a good seeing too - unfortunately he broke his dick. Ongoing feeding and vet bills turned him into a liability.
I also remember I owned this gold mine, was an asset as it produced a shit load of gold. The gold unfortunately ran out and i couldn't give it away - the holding and rehab costs turned it into a liability.
I have had some crap luck across the board as it didn't stop there. I even once had a heap of perishable goods on my balance sheet, as an asset of course. Turns out I couldn't sell it, it deteriorated and both the storage cost and potential dumping costs were high - unfortunately it became a liability.....
