When E4 was approved the stock pumped to
59 cents and then got unceremoniously dumped.
Buy the rumour sell on the news. If you go back
historically and look at the share dilution and
crunch the numbers you will see the wealth
destruction over the years and then compare
the predicted EPS in the coming years then
you’ll possibly get the picture. As I’ve previously
mentioned, if the Teva deal was financed by debt
then this company would have been in administration
a couple of years ago. Lucky for share holders
SR had a thought bubble and raised capital at
around 2 bucks I think it was. The share holding
price is now barely holding above 30 cents. So
I’m not sure what percentage loss that is over 5
years but it’s substantial!!!! Then if you look at how
much Mithra was gifted of the company you may
start to gain a clearer understanding of how SR
operates. The company remunerates him to manage
the company for the benefit of share holders. Not too
many long term retails who are happy with his long
term performance. Myring was looking to be approved
around 2 or 3 years ago now but alas another balls
up unless you ask Charts. Load up the truck, the
train’s about to leave the station, the rocket’s about
to take off…..only nothing has happened other than inept
communication and wealth destruction unfortunately for
LT retails. Not everyone has a vested interest in warning
others about getting caught up in Mayne other than to
warn people who maybe a little naive or not know some
of the history behind the so called sour grapes on this
company. At the right price preceding a good news
announcement traders will do well but the price upwards
is unlikely to hold. The spike to 59 cents has almost being
totally obliterated. I’ll be glad for everyone if you get some
genuine positive news on announcement day but I wouldn’t
hold your breath. This company is almost exclusively run
by old blokes advocating women’s health…a bit ironic
really. Oh but don’t forget there’s always LP putting out
announcements in between filing her nails if she has the
time. At least she could be a referee for SR….He’s the best
boss I’ve ever had…..cheers and GLTAH
