Poorly timed yes... in hindsight, but could they have known? you have evidence for this?
Just like TEVA and their $40b acquisition at the same time.... and every other US generics company in that market.
Rip off... ok what would have been a fair price at the time with what was known by everybody who did not have a crystal ball into the future?
