Okay so fiduciary duty aside and Invion and Ferghana are not talking to big pharma because they are transferring interest to the US. Last year the company issued nearly 700 million new shares. Should US interests exercise all their options that would account for 18% of new capital over the year compared to 32% Australia interests over the year. US interests have in fact been shorting the stock so they can exercise options risk free. It would be some sort of mopping up exercise.!
