Thanks Twigman it seems not everyone has signed off for this year. Invion have something of real value, and they must be talking to big pharma. The science is novel, hypothesis proven...why the market is disinterested I can't explain. Repurposed drugs now account for 25% of industry revenues. Again, is the IP robust? The answer is yes. There must be some concern that the availability of generic beta blocker drugs pose a threat. The FDA does not prohibit physicians prescribing off label BUT it does prohibit pharma companies from marketing their drugs. In fact 2009 - 2014 big pharma have agreed to pay $13 billion fine for fraudulent marketing. In the US all payers limit their prescriptions only to drugs approved by the FDA otherwise they don't get reimbursed.
In my mind it's all systems go 2016. Happy new year.
