If court case is in May, they would want to be putting this to bed you would think, an extraordinary offer would have to come to make things quiet and everyone happy, Im thinking 20cents otherwise you would think if the assets and patent are so good other companies are going to fight for it.
I don't like the whole situation and I feel things are going to be delayed and costly, so I have gone from being a top 20 in oppies before they expired to selling my last LPD shares.
