Just to add my 2c here,

I'd like to think that while Dirk was sitting back all that time, listening, learning, waiting, watching what was unfolding right before his eyes, there were many lessons learnt ! Especially on What Not to do ! So he should have a much clearer view on what needs to be done moving forward one would assume / hope ! Only time will tell of course, but i'm more than happy to give him and the others some breathing space to prove themselves here.

After all, whats another Quarter ? Plus Dirk might just deliver a pleasant surprise !
