The original report posted last year had the buy up to .65. Recently they reaffirmed the companies potiential even though the share price had plummeted commenting on its over promise under performing rhetoric. They didn't adjust the buy up to figure as the re affirmation was only a foot note in a wider conversation. They were broadly positive on the stock though but it wasn't really a comprehensive update.
