"Will P & P own that.." As neither have ever really posted about the facts, I doubt there will ever be any genuine explanation. I also imagine there would be a good deal of skepticism if there ever was such an explanation.
As to their ulterior motives, I've no idea and doubt we will ever find out what really happened.
I hope investors reading their future posts will investigate their history and be very wary.
