Have you looked at the last 4c? The credit facility has been drawn and it’s just sitting as cash at hand. It’s still there, the CR just adds to the cash at hand.
As to why it was needed you can also read the CR documents if you want.
They just issued about 40 million shares at 0.35c, today 600k shares were sold on no news whatsoever. I couldn’t resist and picked up a few more.
