Well I'd take from that and the commentary on contract culling that they have come to an end or near enough on all the loss making sales from 2016. We are done with the revenue at all costs strategy (though that was of course never explicitly and always explained away by the business). I'm looking forward to seeing which of the new directors takes over the chair role and then we really will be into a new phase
