Some of the references you mention were written post 1 July. That is supposedly with Dirk in the CEO role and with his conservative style. Yet we are still waiting and I guess none of us are any the wiser. So for me the jury is still out on comms until after May. Then there is a period in which they really need to match rhetoric and performance. Otherwise the new style will he just another version of the old style.
