Don't think nosurprises is wrong here, the fact that Alexium is no longer supplying certain customers should mean they've either gone to a competitor or are going without.
For all we know though, they went back to the cheaper more toxic option and who's to know whether they'll be coming back once legislation actually gets passed banning these products.
