Who knows , however I am aware if you are an SI you can open up an account with Petra , maybe the Petra shares are being bought by individual shareholders who have accounts with Petra ,and Petra is acting as the nominee , therefore it only looks like Petra is the buyer .
(I do not have an account with Petra nor would I want one )
