Can I ask why a company that has sales at the value AJX has would fold? If they only kept their current customers then they would need little more working capital. They can reduce costs if needed and really only need to go to market for funds if they get a big order.
If the SP drops to a really low point, then high nett worth/private equity would look at taking the coy private as then you don't need the reporting overhead etc. Or a chemical coy would look to buy the coy.
Patience......Have a look at A2 in the early days of listing.
