Not only the Chairman , Dirk has been a part of the rampings by previous management , and
also under his own leadership.How many times did he reiterate that culling of low margin business
was " essentially done "stated in the mid year webcast yet we find in the last presentation that
there was a reduction of .95M in the dec quarter and also another reduction of a 1M in the Sept
quarter....

" Movement away from low margin sales into H2
• Resulted in a planned $2M phased reduction in revenue from H1 to H2 "

that's just one example , there are others......Alexiflam NF licensing is " rapidly concluding "
However , ..the lack of new business brought into AJX , by Dirk , has been non existent ....in
fact the .57M brought in the 3 months is offset by the pricing concession given by Dirk... .47M
, but according to Dirk we are growing......On one hand we are reducing low margin business
and on the other we are creating new low margin business....lol FR growth in sales of $30k is laughable and says it all...........It's interesting that the drop in revenue from seasonality is only
.28M over 3 months !




IMO , no one is believing anything they are saying ......
