I agree, apart from the tax cuts which were passed where self interest prevailed, Trump has really achieved zip. His clumsy attempts to use executive orders to bypass the legislature have largely been blocked either by the judiciary or the house. So I think raising the issue of Trump having an impact on the toxic chemicals issue is at best peripheral or really zip in practical terms.
